Everything was excellent, me and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It had a terrace, a hair dryer, and a storage space even though I didn't use it. The bathroom was absolutely clean and best.

I always stay at a lovely place in Santa Ponsa. The staff helped with luggage, so nice! It suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning. Also, a golf course, water slides, and massages. Great for a city break! So happy they have no pets.

The rooms are all themed and brand-new, with huge bed. Its location is decent and nice, just a short stroll away from Santa Ponsa Beach. Staff is very amiable and hard-working.

The place was nice and inclusive, spent 7 great nights here. The breakfast was satisfactory breakfast with cheap and different food. The management and staff were fabulous.

pirates village in santa ponsa was an incredible experience, surpassing my previous stay. the pool, communal areas, and kids club were excellent. the location was convenient with a beautiful beach nearby and a supermarket across the road. the entertainment and staff were amazing, ensuring a great time for everyone.

Marvellous location near main tourist area as well as activities in-and-around the pool, always something going, and the room was new-fashioned. I appreciated very pleasant and amazingly nice staff.

Everything here felt great, it was a fabulous stay on holiday. There were such things like a storage and a heating system, fantastic and immaculate rooms. The staff was always fabulous and wonderful.

place was clean and brilliant. extraordinarily friendly stuff, gave us good recommendations. we liked its marvellous location next to an island for vacation.

We had a fantastic Christmas holiday at this hotel! The water slides on site were a huge hit with our kids and we didn't have to leave the hotel to find entertainment. The room was clean and the towels and bedding were changed regularly. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and local restaurants. We also loved the variety of food available, there was something for everyone and the kids' section was a bonus.

While the hotel overall was great, the noise from the main road was a bit bothersome, especially if you like to sleep in late. Additionally, the buffet style meals weren't my favorite, but that's just a personal preference.

Fantastic children's entertainment team and acrobatics. Music in the restaurant and lovely presentation of small salads. Self-service for beer and wine, no queues at the bar. Nice pool and friendly staff. Powerful air conditioning and good wifi.

We had an amazing stay at a family hotel in Santa Ponsa. Great value for money, cozy room, and a perfect location just a 5-minute walk from everything we needed. The staff treated us like family, especially Jose at reception.

Food for breakfast could be improved, with some items coming out cold occasionally.
